Sharon
Weinberg
Sharon Weinberg co-founded Blue Leaf Ventures (BLV) in 2018. Her focus is on social impact investing and providing guidance and advice to diverse founders and entrepreneurs.
As a seasoned executive Sharon has built businesses by developing highly effective sales and client-facing teams while motivating individuals to achieve goals. Prior to co-founding BLV, she was a Managing Director at New York Ventures, New York state’s venture capital fund, and spent most of her career in a variety of roles at JPMorgan Asset Management, most recently as Managing Director and Head of the JPMorgan Private Bank Law Firms Group.
Sharon has a BA from Johns Hopkins University and a JD from Columbia University School of Law. She is the Chair of the National Institute for Reproductive Health and a Board Member of The Marlene Meyerson JCC of Manhattan and of Plan A mobile clinics.
Sharon is currently the proud owner of The Chatham Bookstore, an independent bookstore located in New York’s Hudson Valley.
